If the firearm is actually possessed on your person, rather than constructively possessed (such as being in a location you control like your car or home); or during a burglary of a conveyance
If a firearm is possessed during listed violent felonies
If the firearm is discharged during commission of the crime
If discharge results in death or great bodily harm
